We have designed a menu that tastes of Colombia, countryside and landscapes, that represents the generous hospitality of its people, it is a journey of flavors that fuse history and present, ancient and modern techniques, with the use of regional ingredients selected from a landscape privileged by its biodiversity.

For several months we have been working hand in hand with an extraordinary kitchen team, to deliver dishes with ingredients from the region, raised and cultivated with conscious and nature-friendly processes, strictly complying with biosafety protocols, in all its stages, until get to the table.

We invite you to disconnect and connect with our world so that you can fully enjoy this experience of flavors to remember, hand in hand with those of us who love the heat of the stove and the joy of being able to welcome them into our home.
