Location and Transportation

Where is the Hotel located?

In the west of Antioquia, in the municipality of Santa Fe de Antioquia, in the historic center.

Do you offer parking?

No, currently we do not have a parking service.

What is the nearest airport?

The closest airports are located in the city of Medellín, an hour and a half from the municipality. José María Córdoba and Olaya Herrera.

Do you offer private transportation service?

We do not offer private transportation service, but we can help the guest to find trusted friends.


Events, plans and groups

Do you offer a day trip?

Yes, we offer a day pass plan, it applies from Monday to Friday in low season, it includes: Lunch, use of the hotel facilities and we assign a room from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm for a cost of 155,000 per person.

How can I book my birthday at the hotel or other types of events at the restaurant?

Due to the concept of our hotel we do not hold parties, our auditorium is available for business events.

What are the hotel plans?

Our accommodation plan includes breakfast. We have a la carte restaurant service to take other additional meals.

Can I book multiple rooms?

Of course, you can do it directly in our booking engine, on the right side you will find the option to add the rooms you want. Do you offer any additional tours or services?

We do not offer any tours, but we recommend them to our guests, companies and people who do them.


Other policies

What payment methods are offered on the website and at the hotel?

At the moment I pay by credit card.

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?

The current policy is flexible, cancellations must be made 3 days before arrival at the hotel, so as not to incur any penalty, which corresponds to the entire amount reserved.

What is the smoking policy at the hotel?

You cannot smoke in the rooms, nor in any of the common areas of the hotel. We have a designated space for smokers.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

We do not allow pets, the hotel does not have adequate spaces to receive them.

What kind of currency is accepted at the hotel?

Colombian pesos as cash. Cards we receive from all of them. Do you have Room Service?

Yes, we have room service at an additional cost, which you can check at the hotel reception.

Does the hotel offer towel service for the pool?

Yes, we have pool towels for guests.

Can I bring food and drinks into the hotel and into the room?

Yes it is possible, if you consume any alcoholic beverage in the pool area corkage is charged.

The municipality has a motorcycle taxi as a transport service.
